Let me be very clear. When you are choosing a rendering service, the number one thing you need is fast and reliable communication. More than half the guys on this site are working in "island time." It is a disaster when people don't meet deadlines or take 3 days to respond to a message. This seller saved us from a previous seller who abandoned the project. The request was for a 20 sec video for a restaurant that we are designing. Minh did a full minute and she finished the whole project in 3 days which was a lot faster that any one else offered . I requested a modification and she finished it within a few hours. The final quality exceeded my expectation.

It was ok. The work required a lot of attention from my side. I tried to be as detailed in explaining my requirements as possible but a lot of items were missed and a few revisions were required. The end result was still not correct but I didnt have anymore time to spend on it. 3 extensions were requested by seller which delayed things also.

Entire model was already built in 3D for the project except for material selection on facade. Rendering background image was provided and seller agreed to render image into setting. Final result did not include editing into setting provided.
