Let me be very clear. When you are choosing a rendering service, the number one thing you need is fast and reliable communication. More than half the guys on this site are working in "island time." It is a disaster when people don't meet deadlines or take 3 days to respond to a message. This seller saved us from a previous seller who abandoned the project. She consistently replied within 20 minutes and exceeded our expectations. Would 100% work with again!

The request was for a 20 sec video for a restaurant that we are designing. Minh did a full minute and she finished the whole project in 3 days which was a lot faster that any one else offered . I requested a modification and she finished it within a few hours. The final quality exceeded my expectation.

It was ok. The work required a lot of attention from my side. I tried to be as detailed in explaining my requirements as possible but a lot of items were missed and a few revisions were required. The end result was still not correct but I didnt have anymore time to spend on it. 3 extensions were requested by seller which delayed things also.
