What am I offering?

I am offering to develop a floor plan, bank set ("Standard" package) or even a full design package 

• Basic Package: Basic Floor plan only with schedules, this gets your ideas on to paper.
• Standard Package (Bank Set): This set is commonly used for bank approval and contractor estimates. Floor plan, Elevations, Schedules -All highly detailed
• Premium Package (Full Architectural Set): Floor Plan, Elevations, Schedules, Electrical Plan, Site Plans (Plot Plan), Plumbing Plan, Framing Plan, Roof Plan

What is my workflow?

1. Receive the design requirements and/or concept design sketches.
2. Bring your ideas/sketches to life (review codes, general good architecture practice)
3. Develop the detailed drawings; floor plans, elevations, sections, etc.
4. Prepare final PDF sheets ready for printing
