I had a partially complete renovation that was more difficult than a "clean-draw". Kiran & his team created Arch Plan, Electric, HVAC & Plumbing plans. They worked with my rough sketches of EXISTING framing, plumbing, HVAC ducting. They created multiple revisions. They are very fast with 12 hr turnaround on revisions. All my revisions were accommodated. Excelling communication. Would hire again. The only thing I would suggest is them paying more attention to Electrical NFPA code compliance for USA. Nothing major to fix - I just identified & informed them on the next revision - would just require your awareness.
