He was very responsive, and intuitive. He was straight forward and did what I asked him to do, and more. I did not have to hold his hand. I did not hire him to draw detailed carpentry cornice, or trim details. I hired him for the structural. I am a remodeler in the USA. I sent him a picture of a first level sunroom/addition that I wanted to duplicate for a client. He was able to work from the picture, and basic size requirements, to generate a 3D model and structural drawing. I will now take that drawing and generate a fine finish drawing for the client. He was easy to communicate with and I did not wast time holding his hand. He did a nice job. Thanks
